PURPOSE: The general purpose of this agreement is to establish and maintain a mutually satisfactory relationship between the Union, the Company and the employees represented by the Union, and to provide procedures for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all employees who are subject to the provision ofthis agreement and to assist the Company in the eflicient operation of its business.
