This Agreement establishes the Terms and Conditions that shall govern the sale of Services or Product by Global Data Systems to Customer. A Customer signed Quote or Service Agreement (herein after referred to as “Customer Order”) will identify the Services or Product to be delivered by Global Data Systems, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
