An amendment to the LLC Employment Contract is an internal written document specifying which parts of the public limited company (LLC) are amended or removed from the business contract or new sections are added. Before you create a change, review the original business agreement to ensure that it is changed by the owners and whether there is a schedule or restriction to create the change.
