This Purchase Order Agreement, including these conditions and the Specifications, if any, referred to on the face hereof, forms the entire Agreement between the parties and no variation thereof, irrespective of the wording or terms of the Supplier's acceptance, will be effective unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Parties and it comes into effect on the date it is executed by the Supplier or sent to the Supplier whichever is earlier.
