You hereby acknowledge that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the tour that You are participating in with a Ashé Cultural Tours, LLC (hereinafter "Ashé"). You are also aware that medical services may not be readily available or accessible during certain times of travel, and that evacuation, if necessary, may be unduly delayed, complicated and expensive.
