The following terms and conditions are incorporated into the agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into between Western Forest Products Inc., WFP Engineered Products LLC, Western Forest Products US LLC, Tsawak-qin Forestry Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Tsawak-qin Forestry Limited Partnership, La-kwa sa muqw Forestry Ltd. as general partner for and on behalf of La- kwa sa muqw Forestry Limited Partnership, or such other person indicated on the Purchase Order (each such buyer referred to in this Agreement as the “Buyer”) and the supplier (the “Seller”) identified in the Purchase Order (the “PO”) generated by the Buyer. The Agreement consists of the PO, these terms and conditions and, if applicable, the written Product Supply Agreement, Service Supply Agreement, or Master Service Agreement executed by both parties. Any conflicts between the document will be resolved in the following order of precedence: (i) the Product Supply, Service Supply Agreement or Master Service Agreem
