This Annex (the "Annex" or "Annex No. 2") shall be for the purpose of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center ("NASA" or "NASA GRC") and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland ("Partner" or "Cleveland Fed"), (each individually a "Party" and collectively the "Parties"), developing and executing a pilot mathematics enrichment program that will occur in early 2024 (the "Program"). The Program is a twelve (12)-week tutoring session focused on providing high-quality mathematics engagement experiences to diverse middle school students. The overarching goal of the Program is to encourage and equip students from low-income communities and racial and ethnic groups traditionally underrepresented in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics ("STEM") fields to pursue STEM careers.
