Your initial consultation will allow you to speak or meet with attorney JoEllen McComb (or another attorney in her firm who has become familiar with issues related to the 2008 reorganization), who will likely request additional information from you and/or the Transportation Cabinet through an Open Records Request. This will allow the attorney to advise KATE about approving your case for further representation.
