Please find enclosed a Relocation Agreement with respect to the above-referenced project. As you will note in the Relocation Agreement, the total estimated cost for the relocation of the distribution facilities associated with the Project is $78,553.00 (the “Total Estimate”). In accordance with the Franchise Agreement between Georgia Power Company and the City, the City must bear nine and ninety-three hundredths’ percent (9.93%) of the estimated cost of relocation, which is $7,800.00 (the “Reimbursement Cost”).
