BRAZOS VALLEY (“Local Government”), who are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to the Community Mental Health Grant Program contract established under House Bill 13, 85th Legislature Regular Session 2017 (“MH/HB13”), effective on April 1, 2018, and denominated Contract No. HHS000149700002 (“Contract”), now want to amend the Contract.
