MCDERMOTT, having a mailing address of 59 McDermott Way, Falmouth, Maine 04105 (“Sarah”), SETH BLANCHARD, having a mailing address of 38 McDermott Way, Falmouth, ME 04105 (“Blanchard”), and the TOWN OF FALMOUTH, a Maine municipal corporation, having a mailing address of 271 Falmouth Road, Falmouth, Maine 04105, Attn: Town Manager (the “Town”). The Estate, the Trust, Sarah, Blanchard, and the Town are sometimes collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties”.
