, 2014, by and between PROVIDENCE CITY, a Utah municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Utah (“City”) and SPRING CREEK WATER COMPANY, a Utah nonprofit mutual water company (“Company”). City and Company are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” This Agreement is for a two year period and therefore terminates on day of , 2016. If Company and City agree in writing it may be renewed, with modifications, as experience suggest are desirable, if both Parties agree in writing.
