In consideration for accessing or downloading the Data from the Server the Licensee agrees to the terms of this License which shall bind the Licensee, the Licensed Site, and any employees thereof. The terms of this License include, amongst others and in particular, limitations on the liability of the Licensor in clause 7.2.
