2023, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) §§ 11-951 through 11-954 by and between the Arizona Department of Revenue (“ADOR”) and the Town of Queen Creek, acting by and through its Mayor and Town Council (the “Town”). The Town and ADOR are referred to collectively in this agreement as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.” A.R.S. references shall be to the code version in effect as of the effective date of this Agreement (“Effective Date”), unless otherwise provided expressly in this Agreement.
