This Memorandum of Understanding establishes an agreement between the Imperial County Office of Education (ICOE) and Westmorland Union Elementary School District (District) for the ICOE to provide psychologist services during 2023‐2024 school year based on a transitory need by the District. The ICOE’s Support Services Department will be the point of contact for ICOE obligations under this MOU.
