Park University (University), Parkville, Missouri, and the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil rights (OCR), enter into this Agreement to resolve the compliance review that focused on the issue of whether the University’s facilities are in compliance with the program and architectural accessibility requirements of Section 504. The new modifications will be in accordance with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) or other methods where substantially equivalent or greater access to the facility is provided.
