Referee agrees to provide refereeing services when available at the request of LCYSA assignor(s). The referee is a USSF Certified referee. Referee will register and use Arbiter and ArbiterPay. The referee will abide by LCYSA, NMYSA and (USYSA) US Youth Soccer Rules.
