This Master Services Agreement is made and entered into as of , 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Proactis Limited, Riverview Court, Castle Gate, Wetherby, Leeds, LS22 6LE, United Kingdom (“Proactis”), and , located at (“Customer”)(collectively the “Parties”). Pursuant to this Agreement, Customer will be granted access to, and be provided, certain Services and SaaS Products as set forth in this Agreement and any attachments or Statements of Work agreed to by Proactis and the Customer, collectively referred to as the “Agreement”. If there is a conflict between an attachment or Statement of Work and this Master Services Agreement, the provisions of the Master Services Agreement shall take precedence.
