(hereinafter referred to as the “Charter School”), THE SUMTER COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE (hereinafter referred to as the “Sheriff”) and THE SUMTER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, “hereinafter referred to as BOCC"), all of whom are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
