Teachers’ side presented a pay claim in March 2015 (see below). Following protracted negotiations the teachers’ side believed that they had reached a point that further movement was no longer possible. Teachers’ side therefore, recommend an acceptance of the pay settlement. SSTA reluctantly accepted the proposal.
