Purpose: Council will review a resolution for a final plat and subdivision development agreement for 14.268 acres, zoned M1(Limited Industrial), generally located at 501 McIntyre Street (“Subject Property”), see Vicinity Map, Exhibit 1. Townsend Group Properties, LLC and Warren Holdings, LLC (together, the “Owners”) own the Subject Property and have requested approval of a final plat of 4 lots and a tract for stormwater-See Exhibit 2.
