between Tillamook County Community Health Centers (the “Covered Entity”) and InSight Medical Group, P.A. (the “Business Associate” and, together with the Covered Entity, the “Parties”). The Parties mutually agree that should InSight Medical Group, P.A. or any of its affiliates be deemed not to be a Business Associate, this Agreement, and all of the terms and provisions herein, will not be applicable.
