THIS AGREEMENT is dated as of the 1st day of June in the year 2010 by and between the City of Maricopa organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Arizona (hereinafter called OWNER) and Contractor’s West, Inc., an Arizona corporation (hereinafter called CONTRACTOR). OWNER and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, agree as follows:
