On December 22, 2021, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed an executed Interconnection Service Agreement (ISA) among PJM, ACE Development Company II, LLC (Interconnection Customer), and Virginia Electric and Power Company (Interconnected Transmission Owner) (ACE ISA), designated as Service Agreement No. 6256.1 PJM states that it is filing the ACE ISA because it contains a Schedule of Charges that does not conform to the form of ISA set forth in Attachment O of the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff. PJM requests that the agreement be accepted effective November 23, 2021.
