The National Quartet Convention (hereinafter referred to as NQC) hereby agrees to allow the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as Lessee} the amount of Exhibit Space previously purchased from NQC at the LeConte Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, TN, from 8:00 am on Monday, September 22nd (Sunday, September 21st optional), until the end of the Saturday, September 27th concert of the 2014 NQC in exchange for the purchase price previously paid AND as long as the Lessee abides by the following:
