The WDET Guitar Raffle (the “Raffle”) is an authorized raffle by the State of Michigan, License # R59107, and is open to persons age 18 and older. By participating in the Raffle, purchasers agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Raffle is administered by personnel of WDET Radio, a department of Wayne State University, whose decisions are final.
