The following terms and conditions constitute as an agreement between The Town of Mulgrave (“Mulgrave”) and the bidder/buyer of Docks/Gangways situated at McNairs Cove. By bidding on a dock or gangway through the Towns tender process, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions stated below. Please read the terms and conditions carefully prior to bidding on tendered items. These terms and conditions will be made available on the Town website, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you read, understand and agree to the bidding terms.
