THIS LEASE AGREEMENT is made this day of , 2023, by and between the CITY OF LANDER, a municipal corporation, of 240 Lincoln Street, Lander, Wy 82520, hereinafter referred to as “Lessor,” and the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF CITY OF LANDER (Authority), of Lander, Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as “Lessee.” City and the Authority shall collectively be known herein as the “Parties.”
