This Agreement is made and entered into effective the _ day of _, 2023, among the City of Lenexa, Kansas ("Lenexa") and the City of Overland Park, Kansas ("Overland Park"), collectively “the Parties,” for the purpose of public improvements of Pflumm Road from 103rd Street to College Boulevard, (hereinafter referred to as the “Improvements”).
