This Agreement is made and entered into as of July 11, 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between Contra Costa County, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and Anthro International, Incorporated, a California corporation (dba Sitmatic) (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), whose principal place of business is 1800 Raymer Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92833. The County and Contractor are sometimes referred to herein together as the “Parties,” and each as a “Party.”
