THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into on the date passed by a majority of the corporate authorities of the City of Lebanon, Illinois, an Illinois Municipal Corporation ("City"), and Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP ("Lewis Brisbois"). The City desires to continue to engage the legal services of Lewis Brisbois to represent City as its City Attorneys/Corporate Counsel, and Lewis Brisbois desires to perform legal work for City in connection with the terms herein.
