THIS CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is made and entered into this 22nd day of July, 2024 by and between HURON VALLEY SCHOOLS (hereinafter the “School District”), a Michigan general powers School District, whose address is 2390 S. Milford Road, Highland, Michigan, 48357, and Owen Tree Service, Inc. (hereafter the “Contractor”), a Michigan company, whose address is, 225 North Lake George Road, Attica, MI 48412 (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
