THIS GRANT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 22nd day of February, 2021, by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation (the “City”) and the Center for Health Progress, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (the “Agency”). City and Agency are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
