§§ 11-254 and 11-254.04. The purpose of this agreement (“Agreement”) is to set forth the regional economic development program that SCI agrees to undertake, the support that COUNTY agrees to provide, the respective roles of SCI and COUNTY and the payments by COUNTY to SCI for Fiscal Year 2015/16. The term of this Agreement shall be from January 5, 2016 through June 30, 2016, unless further extended upon the mutual written agreement of the parties.
