THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is entered into this 17th day of June, 2024 between the Tippecanoe County Board of Commissioners (“County”), on behalf of Tippecanoe County Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Agency (hereafter “WIC”) and Franciscan Alliance d/b/a Franciscan Health Lafayette (hereafter “Hospital”) in Lafayette, Indiana. The goal is to improve breastfeeding initiation and duration rates among WIC clients who deliver their infants at the Hospital through providing WIC program and breastfeeding services.
