NOW THEREFORE THIS LEASE WITNESSETH THAT in consideration of the payment of the sum of TWO DOLLARS ($2.00) from each Party to the other and for other good and valuable consideration, including the mutual covenants contained herein and the obtaining of certain Provincial funding by LUCAN BIDDULPH (with the assistance of Middlesex County as Agent for Delivery and the City of London as Designated Service Manager in the Service Area of Middlesex‐London) to build/provide space for the operation of a child care centre, which benefits the local citizenry and the Tenant, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby covenant and agree as follows:
