This Assumption of Risk, Release and Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement (the ”Agreement”) is executed and effective as of the date of my signature below, by and between East Coast Virtual Reality, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability (the “Company”) and the signatory to this Agreement set forth below (each a “Party” and together, the “Parties”).
