To provide a comprehensive application of these features, the Developer and the City seek to employ the Shade Enhancements and Landscape and Hardscape Enhancements, both on, and in the right-of- way adjacent to, the Parcels. As more fully set forth in this Agreement, the Parties intend the Shade Enhancements and the Landscape and Hardscape Enhancements to be artistically inspired to support the distinct, art-focused environment that the City and Developer seek to achieve within the entire Entertainment District.
