These Terms and Conditions ("these Terms") are entered into between you ("User" or "You") and YIELDING TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("YIELDING" or "We"), which is a Maltese Limited Liability Corporation. You and YIELDING are hereinafter separately referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties", by accessing, registering, downloading, using, clicking, or purchasing YIELDING's Software Licenses, tools and information made available through the Yielding.app website.
