THIS DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made by and between the Employer and Named Fiduciary named in the Plan Information section on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Client”) and Values First Advisors, Inc. (the “Adviser”). The Client hereby retains the Adviser and the Adviser hereby agrees to provide investment allocation services and consulting services with respect to certain assets of the Plan (the “Portfolio”) under the following terms and conditions:
