In these terms and conditions the following terms have the following meanings: Accommodation means the house shown in the confirmation invoice or as may otherwise be agreed in writing between Collalis Holiday Let and the Visitor; Agreement means the agreement between Collalis Holiday Let and the Visitor for the holiday rental of Accommodation on these Terms and Conditions;
