Joe R. Pyle Complete Auction & Realty Service agrees to pay up to 1% of high bid price (excluding any buyer’s premium) to any properly licensed Broker who registers a successful buyer no later than twenty four (24) hours prior to the auction listed below. Broker or Agent must be present onsite during the auction. Commission to registered Broker will be paid at successful closing. Brokers/Agents are not eligible for a commission if they are also the purchaser.
