These Terms and Conditions constitute an attachment to the Service Agreement between Name ISP, registration no. 556589-1230 (“Name ISP”) and the Customer (“Customer”). The Terms and Conditions are applicable to both current and future services which Name ISP may perform for the Customer. The Service Agreement including attachments will hereinafter be referred to as “the Agreement”.
