This grant contract (“Contract”), dated as of the date the Contract is fully executed, is made by the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority of the Oregon Business Development Department (“OBDD”), and Lookingglass Rural Fire District (“Recipient”) for financing of the project referred to above and described in Exhibit B (“Project”). This Contract becomes effective only when fully signed and approved as required by applicable law. This Contract expires 60 days after the Project Completion Deadline. Capitalized terms not defined in section 1 and elsewhere in the body of the Contract have the meanings assigned to them by Exhibit A.

This Contract becomes effective only when fully signed and approved as required by applicable law. This Contract shall expire 30 September 2022. Capitalized terms not defined in section 1 and elsewhere in the body of the Contract have the meanings assigned to them by Exhibit A.
