, 2018, is between the City and County of San Francisco, a political subdivision and municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City"), acting by and through its Planning Department, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, a California non-profit public benefit corporation ("SFCM"). The City and SFCM are also sometimes referred to individually as a "Party" and together as the "Parties". Capitalized terms not defined when introduced shall have the meanings given in Article 1.
