This agreement in accordance with the Estate Agents Act 1979 sets out the terms and conditions under which And Co Group, ‘the Agent’ will act for you, ‘the Client’ in the sale of your property. This is a legal document so please take the time to read it carefully and ask any questions relating to it before signing. It should be signed by both you as seller of the property (or a person with legal authority to act on your behalf) and by a member of our management staff.
