This Grant Contract issued and entered into by and between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (“Metro”), and The Equity Alliance, (“Recipient”), is for the provision of a COVID -19 Needs Assessment, as further defined in the "SCOPE OF PROGRAM".
