In exercising the rights and powers conferred upon the Assignee/Bank under the Facilities Agreement (Business Banking/Enterprise Mass Market), Deed of Assignment (Property) and Power of Attorney all dated 21st day of March, 2012 entered into between the Assignee/Bank and the Assignor/Borrower in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between Dikir Maju Sdn Bhd (“The Vendor”) Doh Jee Chai, Doh Tee Leong and Doh Jee Ming (“The Proprietor”) and Rasa Handal Sdn Bhd (“The Purchaser”) dated 23rd day of September, 2011 it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer :-
