Rumbling Bald Resort on Lake Lure, its staff, agents, employees, directors, and officers (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Resort") agrees to rent one (1) motorized boat (pontoon or v-hull) or non-motorized boat (canoe, kayak, pedal boat, or supboard) (all hereinafter referred to collectively as a "vessel"), only upon the following agreement, conditions, and signed release by the Renter, whose signature appears below.
