This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between CA Networks, Inc. d/b/a Networks City (“Networks City”), a Wyoming corporation, having an office at 111 South Mulberry St., Suite 102, Elizabethtown, KY 42701 and ALLTEL Kentucky, Inc. (“ALLTEL”), a Kentucky corporation, having an office at One Allied Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72202.
